Vuze (formerly known as Azureus) is really a bit-torrent client which follows a similar format to eMule but its manufacturers claim it can offer significant enhancements in terms of hits, download times plus navigating available material.

Mainly the fact that Vuze is extremely bloated plus tries to install two toolbars whenever you install it. On the upside, because Vuze is an open source project, there exists a large community associated with programmers, designers and users who are continually testing and improving this and there’s an excellent FAQ.
You receive comprehensive stats about every file that’s down loaded with Vuze (most of which will mean nothing to you though) but most importantly it gives you the all important Estimated Time of Arrival and Share Percentage which tells you how much of a particular file you have published or given back to the community. Evidently, in a perfect world, every document should have a share ratio associated with two which means for each file a person download, two users download this from you.
Possibly the perhaps most obviously feature of Vuze, however , could be the media website which is embedded into the program. It looks like an entertainment site and that’s pretty much what it is only the enjoyment can be downloaded via Vuze. These include gameshows, user generated content, sports and more.
Vuze has a rather overpowering interface as a result. It’s far more puffed up than other P2P clients such as
Vuze is generally an excellent P2P program that may be a bit more bloated than the majority of but works well and has plenty to provide.
